Ranking of bids

The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:
For all rates (both for the organization of delivery and for the remuneration of the Forwarder for the provision of services), 0% VAT is applied. Payment of the cost of the services of the Forwarder in organizing transportation and a feasibility study of Freight (freight forwarder's remuneration) and reimbursement of expenses is made upon the fact that the services are provided by the Forwarder within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of invoice and receipt of all supporting documents.
Delivery terms:
Uninterrupted timely delivery of imported raw materials from European countries according to the HS code of groups 38, 29, 15. Customs clearance of goods arriving by sea to the terminals of the port of St. Petersburg is carried out at the Baltic Customs. At the production site in Dzerzhinsk, alternative delivery routes by direct and multimodal transport are considered, including delivery by rail to st. Igumnovo (code 264803) of the Gorky Railway, followed by submission to Sintanol Plant LLC by road. At the production site in Nikolskoye, cargo delivery is possible only by road.
