Обращаем Ваше внимание на то, что настоящий запрос не является извещением проведении конкурса ( публичного конкурса) и не регулируется ст.447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ, ст. 1057-1067ч.2 ГК РФ. Таким образом, указанная процедура не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств и оставляет за ними право отказаться от всех полученных предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любой момент , не неся никакой ответственности перед Участниками.
