PJSC VimpelCom invites your organization to take part in the prequalification of contractors for the formation of a list of participants in the procurement event for the provision of services to support the operation of base stations in the Western region of PJSC VimpelCom when the regular power supply is disconnected using mobile power generators (the contract is valid for 2 years, Vladimirskoe , Ivanovskoe, Kaluga, Kostromskoe, Ryazanskoe, Smolenskoe, Tverskoe, Tula, Yaroslavl branches of PJSC "VimpelCom").Collapse
Comments: PJSC VimpelCom invites your organization to take part in the prequalification of contractors for the formation of a list of participants in the procurement event for the provision of services to support the operation of base stations in the Western region of PJSC VimpelCom when the regular power supply is disconnected using mobile power generators (the contract is valid for 2 years).
To participate in prequalification, a supplier must:
1. Read the Privacy Statement;
Please note that your consent to participate in PJSC VimpelCom PJSC means you agree to the terms of the Privacy Statement, and you will be held liable for non-compliance with the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
2. Fill out the PROCUREMENT PARTICIPANT APPLICATION, providing it in PDF format (scanned with the signature of an authorized person).
3. Provide constituent documentation:
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, certified by the State Tax Inspection, dated no earlier than December 2020 (electronic signature is allowed);
- Charter;
- Order on the appointment of the General Director and the current Decision on the election / appointment of the head;
- copy of the certificate of state. registration (OGRN);
- copy of the TIN assignment certificate.
4. Fill in the FinAnaliz_rating file and attach supporting financial documents for the CLOSED reporting periods (2018-2019, 1 half of 2020) with a note from the tax office that the documents were accepted and that there were no errors (for electronic versions).
5. Get acquainted with the qualification requirements by submitting in PDF format a scan of the signed statement of compliance with the qualification requirements and scans of supporting documents.
Please, note! The archive with the documents is password-protected, the password for the archive is specified in the file "Privacy Statement".
Electronic copies of documents must meet the following conditions:
1. The participant must ensure that each scanned document is easy to read;
2. Each scanned document must be saved in a separate file, while a document containing one page is saved in a separate file, and a document containing several pages and attachments must also be grouped into one file;
3. Each document should have a name (abbreviated) corresponding to its content.
