Confirm the availability of licenses for the right to conduct emergency rescue activities
Confirm that the services and formations are certified for the right to conduct emergency rescue operations to eliminate emergencies
Confirm that the services and formations are equipped with special equipment, equipment, equipment, tools and materials necessary and sufficient to carry out work to localize and eliminate emergencies
To confirm that the vehicles of the services and formations (watercraft) are equipped with the necessary technical equipment for emergency response measures
Specify the date when the work is ready to start
Confirm the validity period of the Commercial Proposal for at least 90 calendar days
Confirm fixing the cost in rubles
Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
