| Payment terms: | The customer pays for the services rendered within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the acceptance certificate of the services rendered by both Parties, based on the invoice for payment and the documents specified in subsection 4.3 of the Terms of Reference. |

| Documentation provision procedure: | Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
