Comments: T2 - Mobile, the Tele2 brand, invites organizations to pre-qualification of suppliers for further participation in the procedure for the provision of services for obtaining sanitary, $ epidemiological conclusions for Tele2 facilities in the Urals macroregion (Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Republic of Bashkortostan, Orenburg, Tyumen regions, Perm Krai, Komi Republic, KhMAO, YANAO) in 2020-2022
Provision of services simultaneously in all subjects of the Russian Federation, which are part of MR Ural Tele2 is not a mandatory requirement.
At this stage it is necessary to provide:
1. Participant's questionnaire (Appendix 1) in excel and scanned form (signature, date, stamp).
2. A list of copies of the documents on the organization specified in Appendix 2 (and Annex 2 itself in excel format).
3. Agreement on NDA Tele2 (Annex 3) in scanned form.
4. Consent to the processing of personal data (Annex 4) in scanned form (signature, date).
5. Participant's Handbook (Annex 5) in excel format.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
