The T2-Mobile company, the Tele2 brand, invites organizations to prequalify suppliers for further participation in the procedure for the provision of sanitary and epidemiological findings for Tele2 PRTO facilities in the Ural macroregion (Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Republic of Bashkortostan, Orenburg, Tyumen region, Perm Territory, Republic of Komi, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) in 2020-2022
The provision of services simultaneously in all the constituent entities of the Russian Federation that are part of the Ural Tele2 MR is not a mandatory requirement.
At this stage, you must provide:
1. Participant's application form (Appendix 1) in excel and in scanned form (signature, date, print).
2. The list of copies of documents on the organization specified in Appendix 2 (and Appendix 2 itself in excel format).
3. NDA Tele2 Agreement (Appendix 3) in scanned form.
4. Consent to the processing of personal data (Appendix 4) in scanned form (signature, date).
5. Participant Handbook (Appendix 5) in excel format.
This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability towards the participants.
