Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the software is made in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of payment within 10 (ten) business days on the basis of the invoice issued by the seller after the seller and the customer have signed the bill of lading and / or the certificate of transfer of rights to the software.
The Customer’s obligation to pay for the software is deemed fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Customer’s current account.
Payment is possible only after the conclusion of the Agreement. With each legal entity of the Customer, a separate contract is concluded for the relevant commodity items.
Delivery terms:Required placement with the vendor specified in the table in paragraph 2.1. Technical specifications for dates.
It is necessary to fix the value for positions with an extension date in 2020 (payment upon delivery after the extension date).

Comments:
For Volume 1, either Option 1 or Option 2 will be selected depending on the outcome of the procurement procedure.
