| Квалификационные критерии: | -Коммерческое предложение;
-Копия свидетельства о государственной регистрации (ОГРН);
-Копия свидетельства о постановке на учёт в налоговом органе (ИНН);
-Копия протокола собрания учредителей о назначении директора (либо копия доверенности на подписание договора, приказ о назначении);
-Копия устава;
-Копия лицензии (если имеется);
-Копия выписки из Единого государственного реестра юридических лиц (не позднее одного месяца);
-Банковские реквизиты (карта предприятия);
-Финансовая отчетность (бухгалтерский баланс, отчет о финансовых результатах) с квитанцией о приеме налоговой инспекции за последнюю отчетную дату;
