Comments:
The technical and commercial offer must strictly comply with the data specified on the electronic platform. If the data in the attached TKP and the electronic form is filled out on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TKP will be rejected. It is also necessary to fill in and attach Appendices 1-5 and consider the standard form of the contract and the EDM agreement in the Diadok system (http://www.diadoc.ru) of the SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.
In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be excluded from participation in the Purchase, and in the event that the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after conclusion of the Agreement, such an Agreement may be terminated.
