1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender.
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.

In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!

Please note that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
