Comments:
Provide a mandatory package of constituent documents, which is reflected in the "Invitation to tender" file, submit a commercial proposal on a letterhead, according to the requirements. A supplier who fails to provide data as requested will be excluded from the debriefing procedure. This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer. Procurement procedures are not regulated by the provisions of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "On the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", as well as the provisions of the Federal Law of April 5, 2013 No. as of April 5, 2013. Bidders who have not submitted a proposal on time and / or in violation of the procedures of the company organizing the tender, and / or do not meet the selected evaluation criteria may be excluded from the bidding procedure. When conducting trades through the electronic trading platform, offers by other means are not accepted.
