Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Non-cash payment. Payment on the fact of fulfilled works through 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the services provided on the basis of the invoices issued by the Executive Director. The advance is not provided. Application of participants, containing the terms of payment will be rejected.
Delivery terms:1. The quality and timing of services must comply with the technical specifications and the draft Treaty approved by the customer; 2. Bids exceeding the maximum approximate value for 1 m/h for any mode of transport (annex 1 to the technical task) will be rejected; 3. The tariffs specified in annex No. 2 to the technical requirements, fixed, valid for the duration of the contract, to 31.07.2018;
