Ranking of bids

Auto-extension

This request for proposals procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the customer. Procurement procedures are not regulated by the provisions of Federal Law No. 223-FZ of July 18, 2011 "On Procurement of Goods, Works, services by Certain Types of Legal Entities", as well as the provisions of Federal Law No. 44-FZ of April 5, 2013 "On the Contract System in the Field of procurement of Goods, Works, Services to Ensure Public and municipal needs". Applicants who have submitted an offer late and/or in violation of the procedures of the tender organizing company, and/or who do not meet the selected evaluation criteria may be excluded from the bidding procedure. When bidding via an electronic trading platform, offers are not accepted by other means.
