This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Требуемая документация:
Участнику закупки необходимо приложить к заявке следующие документы:
1) коммерческое предложение (оферту) по форме Приложения №1;
2) заполненную анкету по форме Приложения №2;
3) учредительные и бухгалтерские документы в соответствии с перечнем, указанным в Приложении №3;
4) референс-лист по реализованным за последние 3 года договорам оказания услуг, аналогичных предмету закупки.
ВАЖНО: коммерческое предложение и анкета (Приложения №1 и №2) должны быть представлены как в виде сканов подписанных уполномоченным представителем организации и заверенных печатью документов, так и в редактируемом формате в виде файлов Excel и Word.
Внимание:
Расчеты по договору осуществляются с использованием расчетных счетов, открытых Сторонами в АКБ "Ланта-Банк" (АО). В целях выполнения указанного требования Участник закупочной процедуры "запрос предложений", признанный победителем, обязан в течение 5 (пяти) дней с даты завершения запроса предложений открыть расчетный счет в АКБ "Ланта-Банк" (АО) для целей проведения платежей по договору, в отношении заключения которого проводился запрос предложений.
