Payment terms:Non-cash form of payment. 100% post-payment, within 30 calendar days from the date the Supplier provides the Customer with the original primary documents issued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. If the conditions differ, please indicate in the offer.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the TOR. The on-site medical examination takes place on the territory of the customer.

Comments:
1. Absolutely! upload to the ETP before the end of the auction the participant's questionnaire (procurement documentation) in Excel and in PDF certified with the seal and signature of the authorized person.
2. The list of documents in the questionnaire is mandatory, strictly according to the list.
3. UPLOADED DOCUMENTS: The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by a KP with appendices and contain key information on the volume of services provided, the cost per person by type of medical examination, conditions and terms of service provision.
4. Filling out the questionnaire: all fields are filled in.
5. Legal entities whose registration period is more than 1 year are allowed to participate in the tender.
