4. To their offers in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach the questionnaire of the applicant and the documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with submission of the offer and the file in the form of the scanned copy of the commercial The proposal signed by the authorized person and certified by the seal of the Organization-participant of the procedure. If the bidder fails or improperly performs the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the offer of this participant.
The supplier's offer is valid for at least 30 days.
