Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 15 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 15 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Cashless form of payment, 100% postpayments. Payment is made in Russian rubles within 30 calendar days after signing the Certificate of Completion and providing the Customer with originals of duly executed invoices, waybills and acts.
Delivery terms:Place and date of fulfillment of the partner's obligations: on the territory of the contractor.
Participants in the procurement procedure must meet the following requirements:

The participant must complete and submit all documents:
- Appendix # 1_ Application -Specification (commercial proposal form) PDF format with seal and signature.
- Appendix # 2_KA card in Excel format.
- Appendix No. 4 SoC Statement of compliance with the requirements of Excel format and PDF format with seal and signature.

Accreditation criterion is compliance with all requirements of procurement documentation
The number of goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity specified in the procurement documentation is indicative and represents the amount that can be selected / not selected / exceeded by X5 Retail Group during the term of the contract concluded with the winner of the procurement procedure. The number of purchased goods, works, services and results of intellectual activity may be reduced by X5 Retail Group unilaterally, including after the selection of the winner and the conclusion of an agreement with him.
Request for proposals is not an auction and is not subject to the requirements of Articles 447–449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. X5 Retail Group is not obliged to select a winner according to the procedure and is entitled to complete it by rejecting all received applications.
Participants should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
