Acceptance of proposals is carried out strictly through the functionality of the ETP B2B-center

Upload the TCH to the application on the letterhead of the organization, certified by the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the organization with the following information displayed:
- list and cost of rendering services in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference;
- terms and conditions of payment;
- terms of service;
- experience and recommendations in this area;
- availability of a license to carry out this type of activity;
- the presence of specialists and experts trained and certified in industrial safety;
- offer period.
Also, to participate in the competitive selection, you must submit copies of the following documents:
1) Certificate of state registration in the register;
2) Certificate of registration with the IFTS;
3) Notification of registration with the IFTS as the largest taxpayer (if the Organization is registered as the largest taxpayer before 2006, then a Certificate of registration as the largest taxpayer is provided);
4) Extract from the register;
5) Documents confirming the powers of the signatories of the Agreement and primary documents (orders on the appointment of the director and chief accountant, powers of attorney containing the relevant powers);
6) Accounting statements (Balance sheet (Form No. 1) and Profit and Loss Statement (Form 2)) as of the last reporting date with a mark on acceptance of the Federal Tax Service (including with the receipt of acceptance on TCS, if the company reports IFTS in electronic form);
7) Certificate from the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate on the status of settlements on taxes and fees;
8) Constituent documents;
9) Licenses required to provide services.
