Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

1. The volume of work is 2880 tons for the period of the contract. (Estimated monthly processing volume: 120 tons of 3A scrap, 60 tons of 5A scrap, 60 tons of 12A scrap according to GOST 2787-75)
2. Availability of a License for the right to carry out activities at the address of its implementation;
3. Provision of services to the plant for dismantling and cutting non-standard structures on the territory of the plant (if necessary);
