Payment terms:Payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of the work is made upon completion of the work within 60 (Sixty) days from the date of delivery of the Goods on the basis of delivery to the Buyer / performance of Works, Services (from the date of signing the acts of completed works / services). Provided that by the date of delivery of the goods, the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice for payment, the originals of the consignment note and invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:The date of the exhibition is June 6-9, 2023
Terms of installation and dismantling - Installation – June 3-5, 2023, Dismantling – June 9-10, 2023.

Comments:
All requested documentation must comply with the Forms of documents attached to the documentation on the request for information:
1. Statutory and constituent documents in accordance with the list (Appendix 1)
2. Application for participation in the request for information (Appendix No. 2)
3. Information about the counterparty (Appendix 3)
4. Commercial offer (Appendix 4) in PDF and EXCEL formats.
5. Documents confirming compliance with the qualification requirements of the Procurement Participant (see the section "Qualification requirements for procurement participants" of this Notice)
6. Technical proposal in the form of a Design project (Main) of the exhibition stand according to the Customer's TOR - presentation, as well as 2 alternative presentations of projects according to the Customer's TOR.
7. Agreement with the draft contract for the performance of works (in case of disagreement, attach your contract form)
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
