- for the Kultuminsky site – the location of the Contractor's production repair shops within the Trans-Baikal Territory, the cities of Ulan-Ude, Chita.

The bid is prepared in the form of the Customer on the letterhead of the Bidder Company with the inclusion of the following appendices:
– attachment form to fill out
-questionnaires of the Bidder of the Call for Bidding according to the form established by the customer;
- the protocol of disagreements to the Draft Agreement or the Bidder's consent to conclude the Agreement on the terms specified in the draft agreement;
