Payment terms:
1. Авансовый платеж в размере не более 30% от Цены Договора выплачивается в течение 30 (Тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Договора и получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Исполнителем.

Оплата Общей стоимости Продукции/оказания услуг по Договору производится Заказчиком с учетом авансового платежа в течение 30 (Тридцати) календарных дней с пятого числа месяца, следующего за месяцем, в котором сторонами была подписана Товарная накладная унифицированной формы ТОРГ-12 на поставленную Продукцию на основании счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
