Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Mandatory conditions for Contractual counterparty:
1. The duration of the work is not more than 60 calendar days
2. The warranty for the work performed is 12 months.
3. Terms of payment - 100% post-payment, deferred payment on the 60th calendar day.
4. The cost of the works must take into account all the contractor's expenses related to the execution of the works.
5. Samples of all materials proposed for use are agreed with the Customer. If necessary, the possibility of using original and analog spare parts and materials.
6. All additional costs are included in the price
7. Attach a technical and commercial proposal with a detailed description and technical characteristics
8. Confirm the terms of delivery in accordance with the Requirements Specification
9. Provide a reference list
10. Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider
11. Perform the work according to the Requirements Specification
12. Attach an Extract from the legal entity assessment service

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
