Payment terms:Payment of the cost of actually performed work is made within 30 (thirty) banking days from the receipt of the invoice and the act of acceptance of work. The acceptance certificate of work is provided by the Contractor up to 5 (five) days after the completion of work.
Delivery terms:The Contractor undertakes to complete the work within 3 (three) calendar days from the receipt of the Customer's notice of the readiness of the vessel for repair.

Comments:
1. Requirements for the applicant:
- certificate of RMRS on recognition of the performer;
- the contractor performs services under the supervision of RMRS;
- the contractor’s experience in performing services on similar vessels;
- the deadline is the period of inter-cruise ship parking at the point. Izhevsk (3 calendar days).

2. The composition and scope of work to be performed is available in the procurement documentation.

3. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

4. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form.

5. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure. In the commercial proposal, without fail, should be displayed positional detailing of the services offered.

6. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
