Auto-extension

Payment terms:
100% payment on the basis of a delay of 60 calendar days from the moment of signing of the Act of performed works or payment by own bills of enterprises:
- on presentation, but not earlier than 60 days — the rate of 6.00% per annum;
- on presentation, but not earlier than 90 days — the rate of 6.5% per annum.
For the bill, the nominal value of which exceeds 5 million rubles and the payment period not earlier than 90 days - the rate is 7.00% per annum.
Place of transfer of the bill to the account of mutual calculations: RUSAL Vexel center.
Place of redemption/early accounting of the promissory note: RUSAL Vexel center.
At the request of the Contractor, receipt of money on the bill of RUSAL enterprise is possible immediately, any RUSAL Bank center is ready to take into account the own bills of the enterprises with discount 9.00% APR from the denomination of the bill. The rate is valid as of 01.01.2020 and may change due to market conditions.
Delivery terms:
1. Providing prices/values involved in the formation of the total cost of services:
- per hour, including during weekends and holidays, work during unhours on the territory of the Customer;
- per hour, including during weekends and holidays, work during unhours on the territory of the Contractor;
- travel expenses (daily compensation, living expenses, transportation expenses, etc.);
- operation of the service car for 1 km of mileage (confirmed by the provision of the travel list (in fact));
- other costs involved in shaping the cost of services.
2. Providing confirmation of pricing (calculation/estimates, etc.).
3. Providing, regulations, valid price for spare parts and consumables with fixed prices for the period of service delivery, taking into account delivery to the place of work. During the operation of the contract, the nomenclature of the price list may be adjusted in agreement with the Customer;
4. Provision of warranty obligations, payment terms, terms of service delivery.
5. Provision of services from 01.07.2020 to 31.12.2021 For the period of the established warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of signing the Act of commissioning of the excavator.
6. Warranty conditions for services rendered and installed spare parts not less than 12 months.
