2. Technical condition of the object of repair:
- on the 6SE7033-5HH84-1HH0 board (board on the input buses), the destruction of the three-phase bridge of the VUO34-18N01 brand (45A, 1800V) is visually observed. The tracks and contacts on its body from the AC side burned out.
- on the thyristor control board of the DC unit (6SE7031-7HH84-1HJ0), traces of metallization from the short-circuit are visually observed. Tracks in thyristor control circuits are damaged.
- on power modules of the SKKT-273 / 16F brand, thyristors in the anode group are short-circuited in all three phases.
- exactly opposite the resistors connected between the terminals of the three-phase bridge specified in paragraph 1 and the terminals D / L +, D / L-, the insulation between the plates "+" and "-" of the DC link melted. |
