Payment terms:* Payment of 30% of the cost of ship repair work is made after signing the Agreement within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of receipt by the CUSTOMER of the invoice.
* The rest of the cost of the repair is paid within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of signing by the parties of the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed.
Delivery terms:the place of anchorage of the vessel (port, city, country) is proposed by the applicant;
the repair period is 50 calendar days from the date of signing the VESSEL acceptance certificate for repair (the date of signing the VESSEL acceptance certificate for repair is included in the repair period);
the date of the vessel's placement at the shipyard is September 22, 2021.

Comments:
1. SHIP repairs must be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and ship repair requirements, according to the repair list. (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement).

2. Repair of the VESSEL must be carried out in accordance with the requirements and under the supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, hereinafter referred to as RS.

3. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

4. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before the envelopes are opened.

5. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In a commercial proposal, without fail, a positional detailing of the services offered must be displayed.

6. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
