Payment terms:* Payment of 30% of the cost of the ship repair work is made after signing the Agreement within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the CUSTOMER.
* The remaining part of the repair cost is paid after the Parties have signed the acceptance certificate of the SHIP within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice by the CUSTOMER.
Delivery terms:the place of the vessel (port, city, country) is proposed by the applicant;

the repair period is 45 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of acceptance of the VESSEL for repair (the date of signing of the certificate of acceptance of the VESSEL for repair is included in the date of repair).

Comments:
1. Repair of the SHIP should be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation and requirements for ship repair, according to the repair list. (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement).

2. Repair of the SHIP should be carried out in accordance with the requirements and under the supervision of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, hereinafter referred to as RS.

3. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

4. Participants of this procedure MUST, before opening envelopes, attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form.

5. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure. In the commercial proposal, without fail, should be displayed positional detailing of the services offered.

6. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the offer of suppliers is not less than 30 days.
