Payment terms:
Payment for the cost of actually performed work is made within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of receipt of the invoice and the acceptance certificate. The work acceptance certificate is provided by the Contractor within 3 (three) days after the work has been completed.
Delivery terms:
at the request of the Customer, during the term of the contract;
the term of the agreement is one year from the date of signing.

Comments: 1. Requirements for the applicant:
- the contractor has experience in performing similar services on board.
2. The list of works subject to quotation is posted in the procurement documentation. Participants must indicate on the ETP the total cost at unit prices attached to the purchase documentation of Appendix No. 1 to the contract.
3. The term of the agreement is one year from the date of signing. With price fixing for the entire period of the contract.
4. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
5. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Bidder's Questionnaire and the documents according to the questionnaire to their proposals in electronic form before the envelopes are opened.
6. The set of documents must include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization participating in this procedure. In a commercial proposal, without fail, a positional detailing of the services offered must be displayed.
7. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
