Payment terms:
Cashless payment in rubles, upon the provision of services with a deferred payment. Shipping costs are included in the price.

Comments: Repair services for KMT and SVT are performed at the request of the Customer. The approximate volume is 336 repairs per year. A repair request is made by phone or by e-mail. For each application, the Contractor sets up a service list, which indicates the date of receipt of the application, the closing date, the work done and the used spare parts, the cost of work and the cost of spare parts are indicated separately in accordance with the Specification. When the application is closed, the service list is signed by the Contractor and the Customer at the time of the transfer of equipment from repair. All repair work is carried out on the territory of the Contractor. Repair work on the territory of the Customer is carried out only at the discretion of the Contractor. Delivery of equipment from the Customer to the Contractor and back is carried out at the expense of the Contractor. On the basis of closed service lists, financial documents are issued for payment for services (invoice, invoice, certificate of completion). It is necessary to provide an offer in a standard form, in the offer indicate the cost of repairs in rubles (excluding VAT), the cost of spare parts in dollars (excluding VAT), to support the lot with a certificate of the manufacturer, official representative or dealer; certificate of conformity for this product; list of obligatory and recommendatory constituent documents. Unconditional acceptance of the customer's standard contract, no changes are allowed. Submission of commercial offers to the email address is allowed.
