Auto-extension

Services are provided within 12 months from the date of the contract. Services are rendered by the Contractor upon receipt of applications from the Customer.

Comments: Services must comply with the requirements for them by the current legislation of the Russian Federation:
1. Federal Law of 10.01.2002, No. 7-FZ "On Environmental Protection",
2. Federal Law of 24.06.1998 No. 89-FZ "On production and consumption waste".
Requirements for performance of work and personnel:
1. The contractor must perform work in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (laws and supervised acts), regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, SNiP and other norms and rules) applicable to the types of work that are the subject of the contract.
2. The contractor must have a valid license and / or an agreement with a licensed organization that has a valid license to carry out activities for the management of production and consumption waste of III-IV hazard class (collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization, disposal (disposal).
3. The Contractor ensures that work is carried out in compliance with the current norms and rules on labor protection, safety, industrial safety, fire safety, as well as environmental protection, without creating dangerous conditions for himself and others.
4. The Contractor's personnel must have the necessary professional and technical qualifications and experience; in the performance of these works, the Contractor's personnel should not have restrictions on medical indicators, must have and use special devices and means to ensure safety when performing work at height.
5. The contractor has the necessary equipment, specialized vehicles for high-quality performance of work.
6. The Contractor fulfills the requirements of the access control and within the facility regime of the Customer, is responsible for their non-compliance in accordance with the organizational and administrative documents of the Customer and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The services provided must be guaranteed for the entire duration of the contract and in accordance with the requirements of the law.
