Delivery terms:
Provision of services in the territory of the Customer's location from the moment of the conclusion of the contract until 31.12.2021. (with the possibility of prolongation).

Comments: The Contractor provides services in the following volume:
collect, transport, utilize, neutralize production and consumption waste from the production sites of the Chusovoy SLD, lease containers for the accumulation of production and consumption waste with a volume of 8m³ - 20m³ (if possible). (The list and weight of waste are indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference).
Requirements for performance of work and personnel:
1. the contractor must perform work in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation (laws and supervised acts), regulatory and technical documentation (GOST, SNiP and other norms and rules) applicable to the types of work that are the subject of the contract.
2. the contractor must have a valid license and / or an agreement with a licensed organization that has a valid license to carry out activities for the management of production and consumption waste of II-III hazard class (collection, transportation, processing, disposal, neutralization.
3. the contractor ensures that work is carried out in compliance with the current norms and rules on labor protection, safety, industrial safety, fire safety, as well as environmental protection, without creating dangerous conditions for himself and others.
4. the Contractor's personnel must have the necessary professional and technical qualifications and experience; in the performance of these works, the Contractor's personnel should not have restrictions on medical indicators, must have and use special devices and means to ensure safety when performing work at height.
5. the contractor has the necessary equipment, specialized vehicles for high-quality performance of work.
6. the contractor fulfills the requirements of the access control and inside the object regime of the Customer, is responsible for their non-compliance in accordance with the organizational and administrative documents of the Customer and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
All services provided are guaranteed in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
