• an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the total cost of the contract for the total area to be carried out, the Customer transfers until the arrival of the Contractor's equipment at the place of work;
• subsequent payment is made by the Customer for every 300 hectares of the total harvested area no later than 2 (Two) calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works.

Location and terms of delivery:Expenses that are paid at the expense of the Customer: Fuel and lubricants (GOST quality); food; accommodation of machine operators; loading/unloading of equipment; moving of the Contractor's equipment from the initial place of arrival to the subsequent places of work within the Customer's farms; delivery of the Contractor's equipment after completion of harvesting to the original place of work agreed by the parties in the Contract, as well as the organization of fire safety and ensuring the protection of the Contractor's equipment are attributed to the Customer's account.
