Payment terms:1. Заказчик уплачивает Исполнителю предварительную оплату (аванс) в размере 10 % стоимости Услуг, в течение 30 календарных дней с даты подписания Договора и получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
2. Оплата Услуг по Договору производится Заказчиком в течение 65 календарных дней с пятого числа месяца, следующего за месяцем, в котором Сторонами был подписан Акт сдачи-приемки Услуг на основании счета, выставленного Исполнителем.
