Within the framework of this PCO, please be guided by the following documents:
1. Notification on the conduct of the PCE
2. Annex No. 1 to the Notice - Rules of Pre-Qualification (PCE)
3. Appendix No. 2 to the Notice - Application for Pre-Qualification (PCE)
4. Appendix No. 3 to the Notice - Annexes to the application for participation in the PCE
5. Appendix No. 4 to the Notice - Terms of Reference
6. Appendix No. 5 to the Notice - Annexes to the Terms of Reference.
Please submit the Application for participation in the prescribed form (Appendix №2) and all necessary documentation in accordance with the rules of the procurement procedure (Appendix №3).
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that violations detected during the submission of the Application may serve as grounds for the rejection of such qualification application.
This PCE is a continuation of PCE 1450770 due to the change in the number of equipment.
