Payment terms:
1. within 90 days from the date of signing by the parties of the act of work performed;
2. a price is set for 1 hour of work, including all expenses (use of a service car, travel, accommodation, etc.)
Delivery terms:
1. from the date of signing the Agreement and for 12 months;
2. qualification requirements: the presence of a service vehicle, a specialized tool, computer support for the diagnosis of serviced equipment (there is a competitive advantage);
3. The service engineer must arrive on call within one day.

9. Information on similar work performed (projects, supplies) over the past 3 years;
10. Feedback on the work (projects, deliveries) from customers (at least 3);
11. The total annual volume of work performed in recent years;
12. Information on the availability of necessary technical (software) tools;
13. Information on the qualifications of specialists involved in the implementation of work on the subject of the procurement procedure;
14. Information about the current proceedings in which the Participant (was) involved as a defendant;
15. Information on the availability of claims and orders from the supervisory authorities over the past 3 years (or the absence thereof);
16. Certificate from tax authorities on the presence / absence of tax arrears;
17. Offer (commercial offer);
18. The protocol of disagreements on the part of the Procurement Participant to the draft Agreement / contract.
