Comments:
The Organizer has the right to refuse all Applications received for any reason or to terminate the quotation request procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants, as well as to refuse to conclude a contract, including after choosing the best Application.
The best Bid for a price request is the final offer with the minimum price that best meets the requirements set out in the Procurement Documentation and to the Participant himself.
Based on the results of the evaluation of Applications, all Applications may be rejected if none of them meets the requirements set out in the Procurement Documentation.
The results of the Organizer's decision to reject the Application are not subject to discussion with the Participant.
The Organizer reserves the right not to post data about the Participants of the purchase and the cost of Applications.
Acceptance of the Application (offer) The Participant is carried out by sending the signed specification and contract by the Customer in the form of Appendix No. 1. The participant whose Application was recognized as the best.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
