Payment terms:Оплата стоимости оказанных за месяц услуг осуществляется путем безналичного перечисления денежных средств платежными поручениями на расчетный счет Подрядчика в следующем порядке:
- до начала оказания услуг производит авансовый платеж в размере 50% от стоимости материалов и оборудования;
- окончательный расчет за выполнение комплекса услуг осуществляется в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней после подписания сторонами акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ (формы № КС-2 и № КС-3) и получения заказчиком счета-фактуры. Периодичность подписания актов ежемесячная.
