The "Customer" has the right to contact the technical support service of the "Contractor" on any issues related to the operation of the software.
The "Customer" has the right to receive software updates during the entire term of this agreement, and the "Contractor" undertakes to provide them as soon as they are released.
The "Contractor" undertakes to provide technical support services within 3 (three) business days from the date of receipt of the request and to provide prompt communication methods to collect information necessary for the provision of services.
Comments: The term for the provision of technical support from the date of the conclusion of the contract for 12 months (the form of the Contractor's contract is welcomed). Previous work experience is taken into account, including at the customer's enterprise. Provide a Partner Certificate.
