Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before opening the envelopes, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time) signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The work must be performed on the territory of the Contractor.
4. The Contractor's repair base should be located no further than 50 km from the city of Nizhny Novgorod.
5. The preliminary cost estimate for the repair provides an approximate list of works for the assessment of participants.
6. Participants of the competition must indicate the cost of work and labor costs.
7. It is imperative to upload your printable offer.
8. Half or incomplete checkpoints by tender will not be accepted.
9. After the auction, the Bidder's offer price becomes fixed and cannot be increased.
10. Organization / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject without giving reasons and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, as not complying with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
