Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Guarantee - according to the model contract (attach), unless otherwise specified in the TOR
The CA's consent to sign the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
For new companies - at least 1 year of experience in providing daily cleaning services

Other requirements and explanations:
1. Attach documents confirming the experience of providing cleaning services
2. To conclude a contract with the Customer, the Participant Company will need to provide (after receiving a separate request from the Customer):
- the completed counterparty card;
- statutory and accounting documents for the conclusion of the contract (the list is sent by the Customer separately).
The participating company is obliged to provide the requested documents within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the request by e-mail. If the Participating Company does not provide a package of documents within the specified period, the Customer reserves the right not to further consider the offer of this Company.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

Participation is free of charge
EDS is not required

The bidder can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of applications.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for removing all affiliated participants from the competition.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Article 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
