A commercial offer can be submitted in free form, indicate the hourly rate for the services of a cleaner and janitor, excluding VAT, based on the work schedule of the PBO (staff work schedules must be specified).
A set of documents provided by a legal entity (LLC, PJSC, JSC):
• A copy of a document (power of attorney, order, decision or protocol) confirming the authority of the supplier's representative to sign / conclude an agreement, other documents related to it, as well as to perform actions within the framework of the agreement.
• A copy of the decision / protocol on the election or renewal of the powers of the General Director of the supplier.
• A copy of the Articles of Association and amendments to it (for a supplier - a legal entity).
• A copy of the Certificate of Record in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (OGRN).
• A copy of the TIN / KPP Assignment Certificate.
• A copy of the lease agreement or certificate of ownership of the premises at the address of the location (for addresses of mass registration).
• A copy of financial (accounting) statements for the last reporting period with proof of receipt by the Federal Tax Service or a letter from the Federal Tax Service on the transition to a simplified taxation system.
• Balance sheet for 2020;
• Profit and Loss Statement 2020;
• A copy of the supplier's manager's passport.
• Mandatory !!! - A document confirming the number of employees (for example, SZV-M for the last reporting month or the first sheet of RSV (must be marked with the PFRF)
• Anti-corruption policy of the company or agreement to comply with the requirements of the Company's Policies (letter of consent to comply with the requirements in free form)
• Signed confidentiality agreement. (the attachment)

• The data presentation format is .pdf. Each document must be in a separate file with the name of the document according to the list above.
Commercial offers that are not supported by the specified set of documents and without a scan of the signed Confidentiality Agreement will not be considered.
