1. This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Contractor sent a request for commercial proposals, which (like the procedure for the preliminary selection of the Contractor itself) is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without explaining the reasons, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
2. The proposal must be uploaded, after which the documentation will be checked.
3. The participant must submit an offer indicating the commercial conditions (price per hectare, payment procedure, service delivery time), a full package of documents (see constituent documents for a legal entity).
4. Incomplete commercial proposals will not be accepted for tender.
5. Organization / documentation that does not meet the requirements and forms specified in the notification, the Organizer has the right to reject without giving reasons and recognize this documentation, and, accordingly, the Applicant, as not complying with the requirements of this competitive procedure.
6. The winner of the auction is approved by the chairman of the tender committee, based on the results of all cumulative factors (price, agreement with the terms of payment, presence / absence of advance payment, term of services)

Place of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the e-marketplace of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document.

1. The total area of fields to be harvested is 7200 hectares +/-, according to the volume of the harvested area and the number of combines can be adjusted up to +/- 25%.
2. The equipment must be no earlier than 2015.
3. Grain harvesting. 01 -20 July 2021
4. Requirements for combines: number of 12 pcs., Keyboard / rotary, Availability of choppers - cutting straw no more than 10 cm, header width 7, 9 m, header cutter blade - new, replacement every 200 hectares, availability of crop lifters - Yes , the brand of combines does not matter. The presence of sensors for turning on the auger, the volume of the bunker and the system "Friend or Foe".
The Contractor undertakes:
1. Provide grain harvesters with a crew for harvesting crops.
2. Ensure the daily, uninterrupted operation of the harvesters.
3. Provide maintenance of harvesters. Timely provide the equipment with spare parts and process fluids (oils, coolants) combines during the harvesting period.
4. When harvesting, strictly observe the high-speed mode of the combines, which ensures losses during the technological cycle of no more than 2% -3%. Monitor compliance with harvesting technology.

The customer undertakes:
1. Provide at its own expense an uninterrupted refueling of fuels and lubricants (diesel fuel) for the operation of the Contractor's combines with write-off upon production, but not more than 20 liters of diesel fuel per 1 hectare of harvested area. Diesel fuel not consumed by the Contractor at the end of the work is either transferred to the Customer on the day of the end of the work, or paid by deducting from the cost of cleaning services.
2. Ensure timely export of grain from under the combine by its own vehicles.
3. Provide, for the period of cleaning work, each member of the crew of the combines and the technical personnel serving them 3 (three) meals a day, a room for temporary stay, as well as with an operating mode of more than 10 hours a day - additional meals, organize their timely delivery to the place of work and back. Provide, if necessary, appropriate living conditions (outdoor shower, water and electricity supply).
