This competitive procedure for the preliminary selection of the Contractor sent a request for commercial offers, which (like the ongoing procedure for the preliminary selection of the Contractor) is not an offer, auction or competition and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 part 1 and 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate amount of civil law obligations and reserves the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the selection process at any time without explanation, without bearing any responsibility to the Participants.
2. The proposal must be downloaded, after which the documentation will be checked.
3. The participant must submit a proposal indicating the commercial conditions (price per hectare, payment procedure, term for the provision of services), a full package of documents (see constituent documents for a legal entity).

5. The Contractor undertakes:
1. Provide combine harvesters with crew for harvesting crops.
2. Provide daily, uninterrupted operation of combines.
3. Provide maintenance services for combines. Timely provide equipment with spare parts and process fluids (oils, coolants) combines during the harvesting period.
4. When harvesting, strictly observe the high-speed mode of the combines, which ensures a loss of no more than 2% -3% during the technological cycle. To monitor compliance with the harvesting technology.
The customer undertakes:
1. Ensure at their own expense an uninterrupted fueling of fuels and lubricants (diesel fuel) for the work of the Contractor’s combines with a write-off upon the fact of production, but not more than 20 liters of diesel fuel per 1 ha of harvested area. Diesel fuel, not consumed by the Contractor at the end of the work, is either delivered to the Customer on the day the work is completed, or paid by deduction from the cost of cleaning services.
2. Ensure timely export of grain from under the combine with your own vehicle.
3. To provide 3 (three) meals a day, for temporary stay, as well as for a working regime of more than 10 hours a day, to provide additional meals for the cleaning of each member of the crew of combines and their technical staff, to organize their timely delivery to the place of work and back. If necessary, provide appropriate living conditions (outdoor shower, water and electricity).
