Payment for the work performed is carried out within 5 working days from the date of signing the act of acceptance of the work performed, by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account, on the basis of an invoice issued by the Contractor for the maintenance of devices and safety devices. (According to the TOR).
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 90 days

The contract is valid for 1 year. (according to the TOR)
The draft contract must be submitted together with the KP.

2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure before opening the envelopes. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The addresses of the places where services are provided are indicated in the TOR.
4. Provision by the Contractor of acts of work performed, acts on repair of metal structures and sensors of lifting structures, acts on maintenance of devices and safety devices of lifting structures upon completion and delivery of services.
