PJSC MegaFon conducts preliminary qualification of Participants for the competitive procedure for selecting the Provider of services for installing SIM cards in modem devices for the benefit of LLC Scartel (brand) Yota").
The tender procedure will be held at the ETP B2B-Center (https://www.b2b-center.ru)
The start of the competitive procedure is planned in February 2020.
