The customer also does not have any obligation to reimburse the bidders or other third parties any costs or any damages associated with participation in the request for proposals. The organizer has the right to conduct stage 2 (thereto) in case of obtaining an unsatisfactory result in the first stage. Up to regulation will be allowed no more than 30% of applicants with the best prices of the total number of participants. The winner of the procedure will be recognized the offer of the applicant proposing, the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.

Criteria for evaluation and selection of proposals:
1. Conformity of the subject of purchase to the requirements of LLC "Holding Kuban" for quality (compliance with the requirements of TK);
2. Price of the offer;
3. Condition of payment and delivery;
4. Experience. Reputation of the company;

If the documents to be uploaded to the site are signed by EDS, it is not required to additionally certify them with the signature of the manager and the seal of the Organization. If the EDS is not used, it is necessary to download scanned documents with the seal and signature.

At this stage, the participation of suppliers without EDS is allowed.
