Payment terms:Payment for services is carried out by the Customer to the Contractor on the terms:
a. advance payment in the amount of 30% of the cost of work on the first stage of the system implementation from the moment of signing the supplementary agreement to the main contract based on the invoice;
b. post-payment in the amount of 70% of the cost of work on the first stage of the implementation of the system to the warehouse on the basis of the Contractor's Invoice and the Act of Delivery and acceptance of completed works;
c. full payment of 100% of the cost of work on each subsequent stage of the implementation of the system on the basis of the Contractor's Invoice and the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of completed works.
