На 1 этап подаются следующие документы:
1. Заполненные Критерии допуска – Приложение 3 Закупочной документации (с печатью и подписью руководителя организации);
2.Заполненная Квалификационная анкета – Приложение 4 Закупочной документации (с печатью и подписью руководителя организации);
3Уставные документы (Устав, Протокол о назначении директора, Свидетельство о государственной регистрации юридического лица, Свидетельство о постановке на учет в налоговом органе, актуальная Выписка из ЕГРЮЛ) – для участвующих в тендерах ЧТПЗ впервые;
4. Сканы всех квалификационных документов (согласно квалификационных требований к поставщику;
5.Бух.баланс за 2020 г. с отметкой/квитанцией о получении;
6. Отчет о финансовых результатах за 2020 г. с отметкой/квитанцией о получении (при наличии).
На 2 этап подаются документы:
